Caleo returns to NUKG in style

It's been quite some time since Ross Lawrence, pka Caleo released any NUKG. Perhaps better known for his Drum & Bass releases, the Londoner dropped a fine slice of Future Garage ('This One') on BWK Project's Nine2 Recordings all the way back in July of 2023! We loved that one and have been keen to hear more from him ever since.

So imagine our satisfaction when he came through with 'B.T.S.' - another great example of forward-thinking 2 Step. Hard-hitting beats underlay some gritty bass, which wouldn't sound out of place on your favourite Drill tracks - but somehow doesn't sound at all out of place next to some sexy musical elements and a beautifully chopped repeating vocal cut. The resultant texture is simply sublime - ideal both for the dancefloor but also listening at home.

Kudos Caleo, kudos. More please.
