Highly Swung Records to return with new 🔥 from Gary Esson

It's been nearly three years(!) since DJ Impact's Highly Swung Records put out new music. Responsible for heaters from the likes of MPH, Phonetix, Kindred Soul, Danny Phillips & more; the label historically piggy-backed off the back of Impact's infamous & highly-respected Flex FM show. So when he ceased broadcasting some time back (a moment which caused true fans of NUKG everywhere to shed a tear), all went seemingly quiet on the release front as well...

Until now, that is. In a surprising turn, the label's socials were mysteriously abuzz once more this week with news of a forthcoming release entitled 'Stolen Beats' - from none other than Gary Esson. Also known as G.E., Mr Esson has been a consistent presence in UKG for quite some time & here at NUKG 24/7 we've enjoyed following his music since Garage's Lost Years. He mixes things up, but is a dab-hand with that vintage bumpy 4x4 sound in particular: & that's exactly the vibe Highly Swung have teased for this upcoming release.
